Ukiyoe painter. The pupil of Katsukawa Shunsho who was known for Yakusha-e, but most of Shuncho's works depict beauty women. By the technique "Benigirai-e" ("Pictures without loud colors"), he produced many Bijin-ga paintings suggestive of Torii Kiyonaga's style.
